Ragehockey.co.uk gladly accepts the return or exchange of full-priced unused merchandise with the original receipt and tags attached for up to 28 days after purchase. Returns are refunded in the method of original payment. Sale merchandise may be exchanged only. Incase of a claim related to manufacturing fault, the defected item must be sent with original receipt to one of our offices.

All field hockey sticks purchased for the current season are guaranteed against breakage up till 60 days after the date of purchase.

RETURNING PROCEDURE

At Ragehockey.co.uk we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases. We'll gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unused or defective items. Simply E-mail your invoice number to [email protected] and tell us what your problem is. Please let us know if you would like in return whether it be an exchange, refund or Ragehockey.co.uk Shop credit., you will then be given an RA# (Return Authorization) and will be asked to return the item that is to be changed (*authorization is required for ALL returns). When it is confirmed that you have sent the parcel the replacement will be shipped ASAP. For warranty claims please be sure to indicate the replacement item, including your name, email address and order number. Packages must be shipped pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Refunds and exchanges are processed when item/s is/are received. Ragehockey.co.uk will pay to ship items processed as exchanges to you and not the return of the original purchase. Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt. Credits for returns or merchandise will be issued to the original credit card only. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Sale merchandise may be exchanged only.

CONDITIONS NOT COVERED: Chips, scratches, nicks, “invisible cracks”, unraveling grip, and cracks in the label, worn stick heel, or loose particles inside the composite’s interior, rattles, vibration, or any other result of normal use. These problems will not affect play of the stick.

NOTE: All returned equipment will be examined by our field hockey specialists to determine whether equipment is defective or broken. If you have any concern about your stick and to avoid un-due expense we recommend that you communicate your problem with us before you ship the item, simply send us a picture in .jpg file format to: [email protected]. Returns can take 1-2 weeks to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.
